So first of all, good afternoon, everyone, and welcome to Kazatomprom's first video conference call. My name is Cory Kos. I'm the Director of Investor Relations, and I will be the moderator for today's call.

Over the recent months, you've seen our company's succession planning in action with several changes made to the senior management team. Most notably, there's been a change at the senior executive -- Chief Executive Officer level, following the departure of Mr. Galymzhan Pirmatov and the appointment of Mazhit Sharipov to lead Kazatomprom, the world's largest uranium producer, through what is shaping up to be an interesting time in uranium markets and in the broader nuclear industry.
