And as it's now at 10:00 here in Perth, and we have a quorum, I declare this meeting open. My name is Phil Trueman, and I'm the CFO and Company Secretary here at Monadelphous. And I'd like to commence today's proceedings by introducing Matt Macfarlane, our local content coordinator for an acknowledgment of country. So Matt's been with Monadelphous for about 15 years now and is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples' organizations and businesses. And he also plays a key part in retaining and attracting indigenous employees at Monadelphous. So welcome, Matt.
