All right. Well, good afternoon, everyone. My name is Karen Short, and I'm the staples and hardline retail analyst at Barclays. We're very pleased to once again welcome Walmart to the Barclays Staples Conference.

Obviously, to state the obvious, with close to $550 billion in global sales, Walmart is the largest global retailer. At this point, it cannot be emphasized enough. But equally important, the list of successful global brands is very short. And clearly, Walmart would be at the top of the list.

With us from Walmart, we're very pleased to welcome Brett Biggs, Walmart's Chief Financial Officer.
