On behalf of Montega, welcome to the VERBIO earnings call following the publication of the financial results 2021 and 2022 as well as Q4, which will be presented by the CEO, Claus Sauter; as well as the CFO, Olaf Tröber. Thank you very much. Welcome, ladies and gentlemen, for the presentation of VERBIO for the business year 2021, 2022 and the Q4 results from the last quarter. Our agenda is, first of all, we want to highlight the figures; then a strategic highlight for 2021, 2022; market developments for the business year, for all of the year; the financial performance for the last quarter, deep dive; then an outlook; and our climate goals regarding our CEG report.
