Okay. If we could please ask people to take their seats, it looks like the webcast is beginning for KAR Auction Services. So very excited to have here with us today Jim Hallett, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer; as well as Eric Loughmiller, Chief Financial Officer. We had Mike Eliason, VP of IR.
