Good morning, and thank you for joining us this morning. I'm Tyler Gronbach. I am the Vice President of Investor Relations for Cree, and we'd like to thank you and welcome you to our 2019 Investor Day. You will see by the agenda that's on the table, we have a very interactive, fun discussion today, but we're also going to do a little education, but it's really important for you to have an opportunity to ask us some questions.
