Ladies and gentlemen, dear shareholders, I declare our General Assembly open. And I'd like to thank all of you for having come in such numbers today.

At my side, as you can observe Mr. Florent Menegaux, the Managing General Partner; [Yves Chapot], Managing General Partner; Mr. Marc Henry, Financial Director; Mr. Benoit Balmary, the Group's Legal Director. We also have present with us in the first row Mrs. Pascale Chastaing-Doblin and Mr. Jean-Christophe Georghiou, respectively, representing the auditors at Deloitte and Associates and PricewaterhouseCooper. The members of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Jacques de Chateauvieux, representing as President of the SAGES company, the non-managing general partner.

We will now create the assembly bureau.
