Good morning. I am David Stork, the Chief Administrative Officer of Lithia Motors and Chairman of this Annual Meeting of Shareholders. On behalf of our Board of Directors, it is my pleasure to welcome you to the 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. We are happy to have you with us today and are looking forward to updating you on the activities since year-end as well as our plans for the future.

I call this meeting to order. It is now just after 8:30 a.m. Pacific Time on April 29, 2021, and I now declare the polls open for each matter to be voted on today.
