Kensington Capital Acquisition Corp V Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Ladies and gentlemen, I am Justin Mirro, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Kensington Capital Acquisition Corp. IV. On behalf of the Board of Directors and the officers of the company, it is my pleasure to welcome you to this meeting. I hereby call this extraordinary general meeting to order.
Before turning to the formal items of business today, I would like to take this opportunity to present to you each of the officers of the company who are present: Dieter Zetsche, Vice Chairman and President; Robert Remenar, Chief Operating Officer; Daniel Huber, Chief Financial Officer; and Simon Boag, Chief Technology Officer. Also attending the meeting is Chuck Samuelson, a partner at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP, Counsel to the company, and a representative of Marcum LLP, the company's independent auditors.
