Good morning. Thank you so much for joining us today online or live in person. So glad to see people again after so many months or years of being away from one another. Really appreciate you guys coming in today and, more importantly, you taking the time in your precious schedule to come spend this morning with us.

I know time is the main resource we all have. It's very precious. So it's not lost on me that you guys prioritized us this morning as opposed to many, many other great tasks you have ahead of you. Thank you so much.

Before we get into the financial results and what we plan to do next, I'll introduce myself since this is the first time we met. I'm going to take a minute to share with you about my background. So I came straight from California. I spent the last 25 years in Silicon Valley, mostly; been to Taiwan back.
