In light of the current restrictions on people gatherings during COVID-19 pandemic, and to protect the health and safety of persons attending this meeting, the Board has decided to hold the 2020 annual general meeting as a virtual online meeting.

There are several matters I need to mention with the format of our meeting but -- being different as it is to previous years.
