So good afternoon, and we're pleased for our next session. We have Erik Hirsch, Hamilton Lane's Vice Chairman and Head of Strategic Initiatives. Previously, Erik chaired the investment committee as CIO. Has been with the company since 1999. Also here in the audience is John Oh, who is Head of Investor Relations, over there.
