Of course. I guess to start, can you talk about your current overall strategy at Gannett and how it's evolved over the last 5 years?

Yes. So thinking about it over the last 5 years, obviously, going back 5 years, there was an analog to digital strategy in place. What's really evolved over the last 5 years is the understanding of the importance, first of all, of scale and of a broader content set in order to really achieve the growth you need in the digital space.
