Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the Gildan Activewear Annual Shareholders Meeting. My name is Donald Berg, and I am Chair of the Board.

I am joined today by Glenn Chamandy, our President and Chief Executive Officer; Rhod Harries, our Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer; and Lindsay Matthews, our General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.

Due to the ongoing impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are once again holding the meeting in a virtual-only format. Although we are disappointed we cannot be with you in person, our thoughts are with you, your families and your communities as we continue to adapt to the unprecedented situation.
