Good morning to you, all. And welcome to the Aveng interim results presentation for the six months ended December 31, 2022. My name is Sean Flanagan, and I'm the Group CEO of Aveng. And I'm joined by our Group CFO, Adrian Macartney. We also have a number of our directors joining us this morning. And I extend a special welcome to Philip Hourquebie, our Group Chairman, who's joining us from London.

A reminder that you are able to ask us questions online, and we'll pick these up at the end of our presentation and answer all of your questions.

The agenda for this morning is -- I will take you through an overview and an outlook of the upcoming periods. Adrian will take us through the detail of the finances, and then I will close with some key messages before throwing open for questions.

This photograph -- a beautiful day in New Zealand -- is of the Eastland Port wharf upgrade in Gisborne. This is what we would call a ports and coastal project, which is well within our capability and targeted disciplines.
