Good afternoon, everyone. Thanks for joining us here in London for the TI Fluid Systems Capital Markets Day. I'm Kellie McAvoy, Director of Investor Relations, and I'm the newest person on stage today. I joined at the beginning of the month. I know some of you already in the audience, and I'm looking forward to meeting more later.

Before we start, this is our disclaimer covering forward-looking statements, which I will take as read. We have a busy agenda, as you can see on the screen, with presentations from a number of our management team. We'll wrap up formal presentations around 5:30, and then take questions.
