Good morning, everybody. We're excited to -- one, we're excited to have this conference in person versus having it virtually. So thank you all for attending. Thank you for our conference people, I think many of whom are in the other room for putting this together. And obviously, it's great to see all these faces. I said this yesterday 1,000 times, it feels like old times and it feels great to be somewhat normal again. So this is in the second hole of the lineup for our Management Access Forum. I am very excited to have the leader of the Las Vegas Strip Casino and Resort Operations, Chief Executive Officer, Bill Hornbuckle, from MGM Resorts.
