Thank you. Welcome everybody, this is an extraordinary general meeting, not the AGM. And so what I would like to do is to proceed with the six or seven motions that we've got and get a chance for questions to be asked after it. But since we're all together, there's a lot of people online, not many in the room, but thank you for coming those of you are here.
I think there's probably 75 people online. We'll open it up for questions, just more general questions in terms of the results we just announced, but more generally about how the company is going and so forth, make some editorial comments then about of progress of the company and so forth, but bear with me, and I think we'll just get through all of the standard business for the EGM straight up.
