I'd like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to all of you for your kind support to and understanding of the company. We have decided not to host a presentation on site to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. But to keep the level of communication with the market, we have decided to do it online this time again. We ask for your kind understanding.

In my presentation, I will touch on item numbers 1 to 4: business environment, trend of the personal card loan market, financial results summary, competition by segment; item #15, annual forecast for the year ending March 2022; and lastly, item #16, dividend status. Later, Mr. Okamoto, Chief PR and IR officer, will go over an overview of the 3 core businesses: interest repayment, provision for bad debt and financial expenses.
