Good morning, everyone. Many thanks for joining this call. A few thoughts from me, and then Louisa, and back to me, and then we'll take questions. Hopefully, you've had all the chance to read the trading update we issued the first thing that covers the period of 1st of July '23 to date, our third quarter.

Whilst July and August had normally slow months for Croda, our performance in quarter 3 was weaker than anticipated as customers have continued to reduce their ingredient inventories in Consumer Care, Crop and in Industrial markets, depressing our sales volumes. So quite indiscriminate across the all markets.

The macro environment is tougher
