Good morning, everyone, and thank you all for joining us for this annual general and special meeting of shareholders, which I think is our seventh since becoming a public company at this point. Shopify is a company of and by the Internet.

Our employees work remotely in a model that we refer to as digital by design. So we are pleased to host this meeting through a virtual platform, allowing all of our shareholders, regardless of physical location, to participate, submit questions, and vote. The annual and special meeting of shareholders is now open.
