Ladies and gentlemen, thank you for standing by, and welcome to the FORWARD Industries, Inc. Annual Meeting. (Operator Instructions) I would now like to turn the call over to our first presenter, Mr. Terry Wise. You may begin.
Thank you. Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I am Terry Wise, the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Forward Industries. I have been requested to act as Chairman of the meeting. I would like to call to order and welcome you to the 2022 Annual shareholders meeting.
We have already supplied each shareholder with a copy of the proxy statement and annual report. I would like to introduce Anthony Camarda, our CFO, and invited guest, Brian Bernstein of Nason Yeager, our legal counsel.
We're excited to be hosting our annual meeting as a virtual only meeting, which allows us to be more inclusive and reach a greater number of our shareholders. We have shareholders attending via the web portal. As Chairman, I've set both the agenda for this meeting,
