presentation. My name is Matt Larew. I cover health care delivery and services here at William Blair. I'm pleased to be joined this morning by President and CEO, Mark Tarr; and CFO, Doug Coltharp.

Just briefly here, Encompass Health is the clear market leader in inpatient rehabilitation and has a growing network of home health and hospice agencies built around its rehab hospitals. Encompass really is positioned in the sweet spot of demographic growth, which should lead to accelerating demand over the next decade.
