Good afternoon, and thank you, everyone, for joining us on today's call to discuss Eastside Distilling's financial results for the quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2019. I apologize for getting started just a moment late here, just waiting on the SEC to -- for the filing to post, which it just did.
