Good morning and good afternoon. I am Christian Gormsen, President and CEO of Eargo. I'm happy to welcome you to the Eargo 2021 Stockholders' Meeting.

Before I call the meeting to order, I'd like to introduce to you certain members of our management team who are with us today: Adam Laponis, our Chief Financial Officer; and Christy La Pierre, our Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the company. Other members of the management team and members of our Board are also in attendance today as well as representatives of Deloitte & Touche, the company's independent registered public accounting firm; and Latham & Watkins, the company's outside legal counsel.
