Thanks, everyone. We're going to continue our morning sessions with Crane Corporation (technical difficulty) So our next speakers are Richard Maue and J. Higgs from Crane. Richard is CFO; J is President of Aerospace & Electronics. (inaudible) J, may be new to this forum, but is a 30-year veteran of Crane. Crane's diversified manufacturer of engineered products across 4 business segments: Aerospace & Electronics, process flow technologies payment, merchandising technologies, Engineered Materials with Payment & Merchandising technology set to be spun off as Crane NXT. Crane has 56 million shares, trading around $94 per share, $5.3 billion market value, $700 million net debt, $6 billion market capitalization.
