Now I would like to introduce Casella Waste: Mr. John Casella, CEO; and Mr. Jason Mead, Director of Finance. Casella has [43 million] shares outstanding, trades at a $35 for a $1.5 billion market cap, and $540 million of net debt. John founded Casella Waste in 1997 as a one-truck operation. He is a member of the National recyclers -- Recycling Coalition, and the Association of Vermont Recyclers, as well as serving as an advisory role to the governors of Vermont and New Hampshire. Jason has been with the company since 2010, and prior to that he was with Fidelity Investments.
