Good morning, and welcome, ladies and gentlemen. It is now 10 AM and this meeting will come to order. I am Jim Caruso, President and Chief Executive Officer of Cellectar Biosciences, Inc. I will be presiding at this annual meeting of our company stockholders.

Also in attendance today is Kevin Chow, Inspector of Elections; and members of the Board of Directors: Mr. Doug Swirsky, our Chairman; Dr. Stefan Loren; Dr. Asher Chanan-Khan; and Mr. John Neis. Our management team is also present as well. And we have a representative from Baker Tilly, Mr. Paul Kinmartin.
