Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. It's a pleasure for me to announce our interim results for August. We're going to start with a video of what our employees say. What we've done is we're busy with strategic sessions now, thinking about the way forward. And you can't actually visit branches and understand what's happening.

So we thought it would be good to actually share what -- or have a video on our branch people and what they have experienced. They're actually the unsung heroes of COVID because, if you look at our call centers, they work from home. Head office work from home, but our branch people was up servicing our clients. So let's hear what they've got to say.
