Thank you, Phillip. Good afternoon, everyone. Thanks for attending, and thanks to Bloom Burton for having us back again this year. My name's David Murphy. As Philip said, I'm the CEO of CareRx, joined by a few members of my team today. We trade on the TSX under the symbol, CRRX.

If you're not familiar with CareRx, we are a company that provides pharmacy services to institutions, primarily congregate care settings like long-term care and retirement homes. When I was on this podium three years ago at the last in-person Bloom Burton -- we declared what was a relatively new strategy for us at the time, as a company to focus entirely on this space with an aspiration to build a leadership position in a market that, at the time, was quite fragmented.
