Okay. Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. My name is François Locoh-Donou. I'm the President and CEO of F5 Networks. Welcome to our Annual Shareholder Meeting. I call this meeting to order. I will be serving as Chairman of the meeting, and Scot Rogers, our Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, will serve as secretary of the meeting. We will begin the meeting with some introductions, and then I will give you a brief recap on the business. We will then go through the proposals voted on by the shareholders today. There will be time at the end of the meeting for some questions from the in-person audience and virtual meeting room.

Let me now introduce those members of our Board of Directors and senior management team who are in attendance today.
