Ladies and gentlemen, good day, and welcome to the HDIL Q1 FY '20 Earnings Conference Call. (Operator Instructions) Please note that this conference is being recorded. I now hand the conference over to Mr. Darshan Majmudar, CFO and Company Secretary. Thank you, and over to you.
Thanks, Stephen. Good evening, everybody. For the results of HDIL for the quarter -- first quarter ended June 30, 2019, the total income of the company for this quarter on standalone basis is INR 96.50 crores. And PBT before tax, it is INR 10.51 crores, and profit after tax is INR 8.42 crores.
On a consolidated basis, the turnover is same, INR 96.50 crores; and the EBITDA is INR 15.39 crores; and the net profit after tax is INR 8.42 crores. Basically, this has come about from the sale of FSI, significantly sizable amount of this from the sale of FSI, and the INR 11 crores and odd amount from the sale of residential units.
