Well, good afternoon, and welcome to the last presentation of the 50th Annual JPMorgan TMC Conference. Really pleased to have Rob Wiesenthal here, the CEO of Blade. I asked him to kick off with a few opening comments on the business, introduce the company, and then we'll move to Q&A. Thanks for having me, Bill. Excited to be here. It's a great conference, and we were looking forward to this. Blade is an urban air mobility ecosystem that we started building in 2014. It was very clear to us that the battle on the ground for electric vehicles was going to quickly move to the air. But at the same time, there was lots of parts of the ecosystem that were not even being thought of being developed.
