Good morning. I'm Garry Neil, Chief Executive Officer of Avalo Therapeutics. I've been asked by Steven Boyd, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company, to preside at this annual meeting.

I would like to officially call the meeting to order, and welcome you all to the 2022 Annual Shareholders Meeting of Avalo Therapeutics, Inc. This meeting is being held virtually in an effort to make the meeting as accessible as possible to our stockholders. We appreciate your participation today, and we look forward to future stockholders' meetings where we can all be together in person.
