Good morning, and thank you for attending WiseTech's Annual General Meeting. I'm Andrew Harrison, the Chair of the Board of WiseTech Global, and I'll be serving as chair of this meeting. On behalf of WiseTech Global, I welcome shareholders joining with us in Sydney today, and also those viewing by webcast.

Before we begin the proceedings, I would like to acknowledge and pay respect to the traditional owners of the land on which we meet, the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation.

I'd I like to introduce those directors and officers, who are on stage today. Our Company Secretary, David Rippon, who will serve as Secretary of the Meeting; Executive Directors and Founders, Richard White and Maree Isaacs; and Non-executive Directors, Mike Gregg, Teresa Engelhard and Charles Gibbon. Also joining us today is Chris Hollis from our auditors, KPMG. There will be an opportunity to ask questions to Chris as regards to the audit process and the independent auditor's report later in the meeting.
