Great. Thank you very much. Welcome, everybody. Delighted to have you (technical difficulty) launch our Q2 earnings call. We have a lot to cover today, so we're going to jump straight into it. I'm joined also by our new CFO, Ben Malone. Ben joined us where he was CFO at LiveWire and numerous other roles, including roles at REA and other international roles in finance. So we're delighted to have Ben on board with us, and here for our earnings call.

You'll hear from Ben a little bit later as he talks through our Q2 results. We're going to talk to you about four things today. We're going to talk to you about a capital raise that we just announced in the market this morning.

Secondly, we'll talk about our future results. Thirdly, we'll talk about the operating progress that we've seen across our sales and marketing and also our strategy, and also as it relates to our outlook. And finally, we'll open up for questions and answers.
