Kia ora, and welcome, everyone. Apologies for the slight delay, which I understand was the result of a dodgy link. But hopefully, you've all made it in, in good time. I'm Marc, for those of you who don't know me, the CEO. And we've got Chris Jewell, our CFO, who will tick tack with me through this presentation.

Just starting on Slide 4 and 5 somewhat collectively. On many levels, FY '21 was a milestone year for the country, the sector and Genesis. The work of the Climate Change Commission was a dominant presence as the country prepared for transition to a lower carbon future, and we lifted the tempo in executing our Future-gen strategy and the transformation of the business while persistently low hydro levels and ongoing gas supply issues caused considerable stress to the market.

We entered the year with good health, with underlying growth and performance strong, which was underlying this morning with our guidance for FY '22. We have set our sights on delivering more EBITDAF of over $400 million plus, which we set a target for in FY '17. But
