All right. Welcome back, everybody, once again, to the JPMorgan Industrials Conference 2021. Moving right along today on our leasing track. We're delighted to have the team from Air Lease are calling in from California today. We've got Steve Házy. Actually, I shouldn't point because I don't know what boxes are arranged for the other viewers. But we've got the founder, Steve Házy; John Plueger, CEO; Greg Willis, CFO. And we didn't -- farther, putting together a deck today. I think we're just going to do this as we've done some of the earlier sessions today, just a vigorous Q&A. Hopefully, we find some areas to disagree, just to keep it interesting.
