Good morning, everybody. We've got a packed house here, I think our decision to move to New York was a good one.

Welcome, and welcome to everybody on the webcast. For those of you I haven't met, my name is John Kraft, I run Investor Relations for ACI. We've got a lot of things to talk about today, and we're very excited to be here to talk about it. First off, we're going to have Phil Heasley, our CEO, discuss the company at a high level, and then we're going to dig a little deeper with Craig Saks, our COO, and Mike Braatz, our Chief Solutions and Marketing Officer.

From there, we'll talk about the financial opportunity with Scott Behrens, our CFO, and then we'll dive deeper into each of our 6 solutions and 4 target markets that we are catering to. We actually have some customers here as well as some partners. We're very lucky, we will hear from them. We also have a couple of demos, so we will do those as well, and then finally, at the end, we'll have plenty of time for Q&A so please save
