Subscription

You may not use the Premium Service without a valid subscription from GuruFocus. To obtain a subscription, you must register for the Premium Service by completing the online registration form available on the Web Site. You will receive a seven (7) day trial subscription to the Premium Service, beginning on the date on which GuruFocus accepts your subscription. If you do not notify GuruFocus to terminate your subscription during this trial period, the initial term of your regular Premium Service subscription will start immediately after the seven (7) day trial period ends and will continue for the length of time that you selected when you subscribed. If you have taken a trial or been a Premium Member for the same membership coverage in the past 24 months, you will not receive a seven (7) day trial and your account will be charged immediately. A processing fee may apply if you cancel the membership after the charge.

If you cancel within 30 days of subscription and you are not satisfied with our service, you are eligible for a full refund provided that you have not had been a paid subscriber within the past 24 months.

The initial minimum subscription payment term is 12 months. You will be charged at the beginning of each subscription term, which covers the full term of services. You understand that, unless you notify us that you wish to terminate your subscription before the end of your then-current subscription term, your subscription will continue to automatically renew for successive terms of the same duration and account will be charged for each such renewal at the subscription fee in effect at the time of that renewal. The term "subscription term" shall refer to the term of your subscription then in effect, regardless of whether it is the initial term or any renewal of that term.

Your subscription is exclusively for personal or professional research purposes and may not be utilized to build an application intended for use by end-users other than for you or your entity. You must disclose in any printed or shared document containing the GuruFocus Data either the GuruFocus logo or reference that the data is from GuruFocus.

Data Redistribution

GuruFocus memberships do not grant you the rights for the redistribution or resale of its data, including but not limited to online (websites, social media) and offline (printed materials, reports) formats. GURUFOCUS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE PREMIUM SERVICE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ADDING OR REMOVING FEATURES). IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY SUCH CHANGES, OR IF YOU ARE OTHERWISE DISSATISFIED WITH THE PREMIUM SERVICE (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ITS PERFORMANCE OR AVAILABILITY), YOUR ONLY REMEDY WILL BE TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, AS SET FORTH BELOW.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you subscribed to our Premium Services and wish to cancel, please submit any cancellation via contact us. Please create a cancellation ticket there and we will process it within 24 hours.

Cancellations must contain the following: first name, last name, username, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your signing up. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to cancelling your order.

If you cancel before the end of the 7-day trial, and we will not charge your credit card. After that, you may cancel within 6 months, and we will give you a pro-rated refund. No refund will be given if you cancel after 6 months of the subscription. When calculating the refund amount, the portion that will not be refunded is calculated as the number of months multiplied by 1/8 of the annual membership fee you have paid. No refund for monthly subscriptions. Certain processing fees may apply.

Electronic Delivery of Documents

Subscriber agrees and consents to have GuruFocus deliver or make available electronically all current and future agreements, agreement revisions, deliveries and offers of Form ADV Part 2, account statements, notices (including privacy notices), letters, regulatory communications and other information, documents, data, records, and reports related to the subscription. Electronic communications may include web links, email delivery and/or electronic communications via GuruFocus’s website. Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that such delivery by web link, email, and/or other method of electronic dissemination will constitute delivery. Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that it must inform GuruFocus in writing of any changes to its/his/her email address. Subscriber may revoke this consent to email and electronic delivery at any time by providing advance written notice to GuruFocus. GuruFocus will not be liable for any interception by any third party of the information transmitted electronically. Subscriber acknowledges that it is its/his/her responsibility to immediately review communications delivered via email to the email address provided to GuruFocus.
