Yum China (YUMC, Financial) saw its stock rise over 2%, reaching $49.67. The company, which operates KFC in China, announced a price increase for the first time in two years in the mainland market. The average price hike is around 2%, with product prices rising by 0.5 to 2 yuan. However, promotional offers such as "Crazy Thursday" deals and children's meals will remain at their current prices.
