GTC closed a very -- a pretty solid 9 months ending September 30, 2024. Revenues from rental activity and gross margin increased by 3% and 2%, respectively, to EUR139 million and EUR97 million, respectively, also due to -- mainly due to the completion of three assets recently, specifically the Belgrade asset called GTC X, an asset located in Budapest called Rose Hill Campus and Matrix C in Zagreb plus followed by indexation validated for
