Good morning, everyone, and welcome to Workspace's half year results presentation. I'm Lawrence Hutchings, CEO, just arrived on Monday, crutches and all. Alongside me today is Dave Benson, our CFO. As you'd expect, only four days into the job, I'm going to say just a few words at the beginning and the end of today's presentation, but it's wonderful to be here and to see so many familiar faces and some new ones as well.
I wanted to say how humbled I have been by the kind comments and support from many of you here today and others since I accepted the job earlier this year. Thank you all for joining us. And I know there is a big home team, both in the audience and online. So welcome to all of you as well.
