The latest report from the United States Treasury Department reveals a decrease in U.S. Treasury holdings by two major international creditors in September. Japan's holdings fell by $5.9 billion, bringing its total to $1.1233 trillion. Meanwhile, China's holdings decreased by $2.6 billion, totaling $772 billion.
