Good evening, everyone. A very warm welcome to you to earning call of Gujarat. I'm Sandeep, the company secretary and head of corporate communication department at GGL. Just to give an update since our last last call on 30th August 2024. We have announced team of GS PC group of companies.
The proposed team will eliminate layer structure of GS PC group from our business and unlock value for the stakeholders. The team is subject to any statutory integrity approvals. We have filed the team with BS C and NSC and we expect to get clearance from stock exchanges during November 2024 followed by submission of ST with study after say C clearance.
