At the recent third-quarter earnings call, Li Auto's (LI, Financial) founder revealed the company's ambitious delivery forecast for the fourth quarter of 2024. Li Auto aims to deliver between 160,000 and 170,000 vehicles in that quarter alone, pushing its annual deliveries to 502,000 to 512,000 vehicles.
To meet this annual target, Li Auto's monthly sales need to exceed 53,000 units. Notably, in the third quarter of this year, the company achieved an average monthly sales figure of 50,900 units, setting a solid foundation for achieving the new quarterly goal.
Earlier, on October 18, Li Auto reached a significant milestone, crossing the 1 million cumulative deliveries mark in just 58 months. This achievement makes Li Auto the first Chinese emerging brand to reach this milestone, highlighting its strong market competitiveness and consumer approval.
In September, Li Auto set a record by delivering 53,000 vehicles, marking its highest monthly delivery to date.
