Thank you, Sana. Good morning everyone. So as usual, I'll start by summarizing the highlights from the quarter, which was in many ways an important and exciting one but didn't come without some challenges too.
The big highlight for us was the launch of our new strategy in September, which was very well received by both our employees and customers and gives a clear midterm direction for our business.
