Good afternoon, everyone. On behalf of the Board, I'm pleased to welcome you here today to the 16th Annual Meeting of Delegat Group Limited since listing in April 2006. My name is Jim Delegat, and I have the privilege of chairing your Board of Directors.
I can confirm that we do have a quorum present. And given the time is now 2 p.m., I declare the meeting open for business.
Today's meeting is being held online via the Computershare online meeting platform. This allows shareholders, proxies and guests to attend the meeting virtually. All attendees can watch a live webcast of the meeting and read the company documents associated with the meeting. In addition, shareholders and proxies have the ability to ask questions and submit votes. (Operator Instructions)
