2020 has indeed been a year of disruptions and changes, and no one could have foreseen the widespread impact the coronavirus pandemic would have on how we conduct everyday life. On behalf of the Board, I am pleased to welcome you here today to the 15th Annual Meeting of Delegat Group Limited since listing in April 2006. My name is Jim Delegat, and I have the privilege of chairing your Board of Directors.
