We will begin the 101st Annual General Meeting of the bank. I would like to inform you that the post of Chairman of the Board is lying vacant since the term of Mr. Madhavan Aravamuthan as Chairman had ended on June 28, 2022. As per Article 98B of the Articles of Association of the Bank, Chairman of the Board shall preside as a Chairman at the Annual General Meeting. And if there is no Chairman, Managing Director, CEO shall be entitled to act as Chairman.
Now I request Managing Director and CEO Mr. Pralay Mondal to chair the meeting and to conduct the proceedings of the meeting. Thank you and over to you, sir.
